Orders and Delivery
Ordering
When you have decided which cabin you would like to purchase you can order by any of these methods:
Email: sales@perfectcabins.co.uk
Send us your name, address, postcode, daytime phone number(s), name of cabin, size of cabin, style of shingles, colour of shingles, and any 'extras' such as verandas or shutters.
Alternatively you can telephone Karen on 07931 363227 with your details.
We will send you an email with the payment details and send a VAT invoice to you in the post.
Payment
In most cases full payment is required upon order.
Payment is by bank transfer. We can accept debit or credit cards through Google Checkout but there is a small fee for this service.
Delivery
Delivery is made directly from our manufacturers or their appointed delivery company. Adequate access is required for delivery, it is most important that you read the relevant delivery information and discuss any problems before placing an order.
PERFECT RANGES (from Germany)
Our own PERFECT ranges and our bespoke cabins are delivered to the customers on a large artic truck with forklift unload direct from Germany. Delivery is between 8am and 9pm but we try to give you an AM/PM slot. The truck is 16.5m long, 18m including the 'piggyback' forklift.
The truck is very large and may have to park in an adjacent road. Your road must be wide enough for the driver to manouvre the forklift with your largest pallet. This will be at least 600mm larger than the longest wall of your cabin, i.e. if you have a Newbury Cottage your largest pack will be approx 6.1m long by 1m high and 1m wide. The forklift will carry the package so that it is sticking out sideways, so the width needed for access is at least the size of the large pallet.
If your property is not suitable for delivery by artic the truck can deliver to another address specified by the customer. Any secondary deliverys must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
